Despite being a Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor for over a decade, after being in chronic pain and fatigue for 17+ years, I was overcome with fear about moving my body beyond walking. I was terrified of injuring myself or making the pain worse. Exercise frightened me. Yet I knew I had to get my movement back in order to fully get my life back.

I started with gentle stretches on the bed because a padded mat on the floor was too uncomfortable. I started with 10 minutes. Gradually, over the next year, I was doing full body movements and could squat again! Over 1.5 - 2 years time, I slowly and consistently increased my strength and functionality, with messages of safety and calm to my nervous system, to do any movement I wanted. Now I'm biking, hiking, going to the gym, paddle boarding, kayaking, working out without pain and doing anything I want!

After losing my health for many years, it's my aspiration to help others get their physical health back who have been stuck in fear and pain, or maybe who just want to make their health a greater priority, get stronger and enjoy life more.

Whatever YOUR goal is, it's my passion to help you feel as good as possible in your body and do ALL the things you want to be able to. I offer both personal training and a FREE Stretch & Breathe class that is designed to calm and regulate the brain and nervous system. Exercise and movement is critical to a healthy lifestyle.
